In the event your purchase does not work for you. You can return for a store credit unused merchandise within 7 days of you receiving the merchandise ( For example if you receive your purchase on Monday you have until the following Monday to mail it back.)
We must be Notified by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your returned item please include order number.(You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back.) Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and with the original tags attached and in the original packaging with copy of invoice stating the reason for return.
A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged if items are not returned in original form and or without tags nor invoice.

If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. Once we receive your return in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Store credit will be minus taxes. Returns take 7-14 business days to process.
Credits are issued in the form of a code. You are given the amount of the item you paid for back in credit not including taxes, shipping and/or discounts used to make the purchase. When using your credit you must make sure that the item(s) you are getting is equal or greater then the credit code. Not including tax or shipping.
Taxes are not included in the credit because you already paid taxes on the credit amount. (For example if your credit is for $24 & your subtotal is $26 you only pay taxes on the balance of $2.00)
Credit codes can not be combined with other discount or promotional codes. Codes must be used all at once.
All sales are FINAL when an exchenge/credit code is used
All items found in the Sale category are a final sale. Bodysuits, undergarments and swimwear are also final sale because of the delicate nature.
